About Lisa
I am a friendly and calm person who is passionate about education and helping people grow their knowledge and reach their potential. I enjoy working with people and I am a responsible and reliable person, so I will always try to work with my students to find a method that works best for everyone. I have been teaching and tutoring through my degree since 2022 at multiple schools and spent 2025 working at a school in KZN as a teacher so I have a wide range of experience working with different people and adapting to new environments.

As a fully qualified teacher I have experience working with different teaching styles and matching those to the specific learning style needs of the student. (i.e. using more diagrams and visual aids for students with a visual learning style or more verbal discussions and explanations for a student with a auditory learning style.) I am a first language English speaker so I am very comfortable teaching in the language. My experience is in teaching and tutoring high school (Gr8 - 12) students but, I am happy to adapt to a slightly higher or lower level.
