About Gladys
Who I'm I? A maths teacher by skill, a cheerleader by heart. I used to struggle with maths too, so now I teach it so no one feels left behind. I still remember what it felt like to stare at a problem and have no idea where to start. Solving maths with someone and seeing their face light up after a milestone is pure joy. No judgement, just high fives for every win. And yes, you're allowed to laugh. Learning sticks better that way!!

I believe every student understands mathematics differently, and my role is to find the method that makes it finally click for them. I don't use a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I assess each learner's strengths, gaps, and learning style, then build lessons around them. Whether a student needs slow step-by-step explanations, visual methods, practice-based learning, or confidence building, I adjust my teaching to match their needs. My goal is not just better grades, but real understanding and independence in mathematics.
