About Miguel
Hi, I’m Miguel! I am a Year 12 student currently studying A-Level Maths, having achieved a Grade 8 in my GCSEs. I am passionate about helping younger students build their confidence in maths and overcome topics they find tricky. Having recently navigated the secondary school maths curriculum myself, I understand where students often get stuck and how to explain core concepts in a clear, patient, and relatable way. My goal is to make learning maths approachable, step-by-step, and enjoyable!

As a Year 12 student currently studying A-level Mathematics with a Grade 8 in GCSE Maths, I offer friendly and engaging tutoring for Primary and Key Stage 3 students. Having recently completed my GCSEs, I understand the curriculum thoroughly and know how to explain tricky topics in a clear, relatable way.
My lessons focus on building core numerical confidence, stepping through problem-solving methods, and bridging gaps in understanding. Typical lessons are 60 minutes long and structured around the student's personal goals—whether that is mastering school topics, catching up on homework, or preparing for exams.
