About Shiv

I am a passionate Mathematics teacher with 15 years of experience teaching students in Grades 6 to 8. Over the years, I have worked with students of different learning abilities and levels of understanding.
For me, teaching Mathematics is not just a profession—it is my passion. I genuinely enjoy helping students understand concepts that may initially seem difficult and watching their confidence grow as they begin to solve problems independently.
I believe that every student can learn Mathematics when it is taught with patience, clarity, and the right approach. I enjoy explaining concepts in simple and understandable ways and adapting my teaching method according to each student's learning level and pace.
My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing a student who once found Mathematics difficult begin to understand, enjoy, and feel confident in the subject.
My goal is not simply to help students find the right answers, but to help them understand Mathematics and develop confidence in their own ability to solve problems

About the lesson

I believe that every student can learn Mathematics when it is explained in a simple and understandable way.
I teach according to the student's current level and learning capacity. I do not expect every student to learn at the same speed. If a student needs more explanation or practice, I am happy to explain the concept again in a different and simpler way.
My teaching approach includes:
Simple, step-by-step explanations.
Teaching according to each student's learning level.
Changing the teaching method when a student finds a topic difficult.
Repeating concepts as many times as required.
No unnecessary hurry to complete the syllabus.
Focusing first on understanding the concept and then practising questions.
Encouraging students to ask questions without hesitation.
Helping students build confidence in Mathematics.
Regular practice and revision to strengthen learning.
My goal is not only to help students get answers but to help them understand how and why Mathematics works.
I believe that patience, clear explanation, and practice can help students improve their understanding and confidence in Mathematics.
