Graduate Computer Science student gives Online Math tutoring to Undergrad and pre-college

Hiva's teaching style is conceptual. That is he makes the students understand the meaning of what they do in mathematics. This helps them to solve problems different than what is taught in the class. He gives enough examples and he makes sure that he doesn't leave the students with doubts.
As an example one of his local students (who is studying in an ordinary public school) here in Puerto Rico achieved the first place in the Puerto Rico Math Olympiad competing with students from high quality schools all over the island.
He also has received very good evaluation and feedback by the students of his Math classes in the university.
