On the nights before exams, we’d call and go over everything twice, once for each of us, to make sure no question was left unanswered. If there was something we couldn’t figure out, we followed up the next day with our teacher. She insists on full clarity and brings you along with her every step of the way. Bella was my best friend in high school, and I couldn’t have been luckier to have someone so kind and dedicated by my side.
