About Babor

I am an aspiring aerospace engineer and student pilot, pursuing a master's degree in aerospace engineering with pilot studies at UCLan. I have a strong academic background in physics, computer science, and economics, which enables me to apply analytical and critical thinking to complex engineering problems. As a student intern at UCLan's SEHub, I support entrepreneurial projects in the aerospace sector(BAE SYSTEMS and BMP Europe lmt.), using my technical skills and hands-on experience in 3D CAD, SOLIDWORKS, and programming. I also led a 6-person engineering team for a master's group project, developing an amphibious aircraft. I am passionate about designing, prototyping, and manufacturing innovative aerospace products.

About the lesson

Establishing a robust tutoring relationship is contingent upon cultivating honesty and trust. Flexibility plays a pivotal role, necessitating the adaptation of teaching techniques to align with individual learning styles. The virtue of patience cannot be overstated, considering that what may be apparent to the tutor could present challenges for the student. Maintaining a composed demeanour, both verbally and non-verbally, is essential to fostering a supportive environment. Furthermore, attentive listening is paramount. Discerning subtle nuances in the student's expression provides valuable insight into their genuine sentiments. It is imperative to recognise that effective communication in tutoring is a two-way street, requiring a balanced exchange.
