About Halalisani
My 11th grade English teacher, Mrs. Aman, was a huge inspiration to me. She is one of the primary reasons that I developed such a love for literature, and absolutely one of the major reasons that I decided to pursue teaching as a career. Her teaching style was humorous and personable, while still incredibly passionate about the subject. A teacher has to give a number of examples both from past & present to simplify a point - which the teacher feels they may not easily understand. Give examples where some techniques have failed - the reasons thereof & those where they have succeeded & why. In this way the students will get the teacher's attention. Though such an action may ask for greater in put, but it's really worth.
Also, daily give a slightly intricate problem to the students to be worked out so that the brighter ones which may take a lead, will accelerate others in the subject.
