I understand the problem that many students encounter but are not generally resolved due to futile nature of those doubts, if you are that student then don't worry you can open up to me and ask me anything.
I believe the best way for you to know me is by giving you a sample literary analysis of a famous poems "The Road Not Taken" by legendary poet Robert Frost
Poem Stanza 1:
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveller, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Poem Stanza 1 Explanation:
In the First stanza poet has used a figure of speech popularly known as Simile, here the poet draws a parallelism between a person's life decisions and the diverging roads, here he describes how often human beings come to a stage in their life where they have to make certain bold decisions that they can not divert back from, once you set foot in one direction you can only wonder how your life might have been if you took the road not taken because there is no coming back.
There might be people in your life that can assist you with the decision making process but at the end of the day you would be standing alone at the fork making that decision for yourself, and you would not have anyone to blame.
You can take your time to make the decision, you can evaluate both the options as much as you want but you can only travel one road and keep wondering about the other option.
