About Arline
I am a hard worker. Well experienced in theory and practical. Punctual and always on time. I am an extrovert and work well with people and even the difficult clients. I take pride in my work and will always go the extra mile to make sure the client is satisfied. I have qualified internationally with HFPA. I have a NQF level 5 in personal training and fitness. I have worked in the gym sector for more than 4 years and have a lot of experience in the gym sector and schooling. When it comes to program writing and nutrition plans I will teach you the secrets to helping your clients to there best abilities and where you can show how well a trainer you are

My lessons will be given in English so that you can work with any client around the world. In my lessons you can expect that we will cover everything that is needed to become 100% competent in that subject. I will teach you how to study the subject so that you have an understanding theory and practical wise. We will have videos to watch on youtube about specific body parts and techniques in fitness. The level you will be qualified at is NQF 5 as I am at level 5. I am always there to help and explain when you don't understand.
