About DONGMEI
I graduated with a Ph.D. degree from the University of Maryland.
After completing my education, I worked as a researcher at the University of Michigan for five years, during which my work was published in several prestigious scientific journals. Additionally, I taught at Shanghai University of Sport for five years and at Baylor University for two years. As an educator, I am committed to fostering student engagement and promoting academic excellence.
In 2021, I successfully transitioned from higher education to secondary teaching and became a math teacher. I am passionate about making math accessible and enjoyable for my students. In 2023, I began working at Pembroke Academy. In my free time, I also teach SAT and ACT math to help high school students prepare for their college applications.
