About Natalie
I have 9 years of experience teaching singing to K-12 and early college students through live online sessions. I completed my studies at Michigan State University, where I developed strong expertise in vocal training and music education. My teaching style is supportive, patient, and confidence-building, helping students feel comfortable while improving their skills. I have helped many learners develop vocal clarity, control, and stage presence. I was honored with the Vocal Coaching Excellence Award for my student-focused approach. Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring different styles of music, practicing vocals, and learning new techniques that I can bring into my lessons to keep them fresh and engaging.

In my singing lessons, I create a relaxed and encouraging environment where you can explore your voice and improve step by step. I will help you understand the topic you have been having trouble with, through clear explanations, useful examples, and a lot of guided and dynamic practice. We focus on breathing control, pitch accuracy, tone development, vocal strength, and emotional expression so your singing feels natural and confident. I also include music reading, music theory, and choir-style techniques to build a strong musical foundation. I also provide comprehensive guidance on practice exercises, assignments, and performance preparation so you continue improving outside the lesson. You can share your songs, doubts, or goals before the lesson, and I will design everything based on your needs.
