About Eric
Set clear goals
Work with the student to define specific, realistic goals.
Break big goals into smaller milestones.
Build confidence
Praise effort, improvement, and persistence—not just results.
Help them view mistakes as learning opportunities.
Adapt to their learning style
Some students learn best by seeing, hearing, reading, or doing.
Use examples and activities that fit how they learn.
Teach problem-solving
Ask questions that encourage them to think independently.
Guide them toward answers instead of always giving solutions.
Be consistent
Regular practice and review are more effective than occasional intensive sessions.
Track progress so they can see their improvement.
