I have two very specific methods of teaching
1. Concepts through theory (bottom to top approach)
2. Concepts through questions (top to bottom approach)
Although I think for long term retentivity of the concepts and formulas, method 1 i.e. concepts through theory is more effective because then the students get to know all the why's and how's of the doing.
