About Sasha
Ever since I was little, I have found great success in math. Now, as a high school junior, I take the hardest math classes available to me, and I consistently perform well above class average on nearly every assessment. Over years of math curriculum focused on discussion of difficult problems and helping friends study for tests, I am able to explain difficult concepts in ways that are understandable. Furthermore, as a high school upperclassman that regularly teaches younger kids, I can connect to kids of all age groups in a way that supports their learning.

My lessons are specifically tailored to specific students on the basis of individual needs and required course load. I firmly believe that students should truly understand mathematical concepts, rather than just mindlessly applying concepts and formulas given to them. Building this strong foundation in math not only enables academic excellence through giving students deeper knowledge of the subject, but it also allows them to attempt more difficult problems and provides a strong skill set that will continue to thrive in the years to come.
