Being in the field of education since the past 5 years and teaching various children over the years, I think it is very important to remember and acknowledge that each child is very different and their learning styles are different as well. I believe in facilitator style teaching and adapting to integrated techniques when needed, I believe that each child has the capability to achieve if paired with the right teacher at the right time. I believe that learning of the student is of utmost importance. My teaching method is based on the interests the student has and also developing interests that the student might not have.
