About Thiago
Throughout my educational and professional career, I’ve had many opportunities to develop my teaching skills and knowledge. Through my doctoral research, I implemented an action research project across two schools, created and implemented professional development, ran faculty and department meetings, guided teachers through intervention implementation and change, revised curriculum, aligned curricula across grade levels, have addressed vertical and horizontal alignment, budgeted for new curricula, collected data, analyzed both qualitative and quantitative data, and used that data to improve instruction and student achievement.
