About Joseph
I am a US Air Force Vietnam Era vet. Besides a Bachelor in Human Services degree, I hold a Master of Science in educational administration, a Master's degree in practical theology, an a Doctor of Ministry (D Min.).I have served in student personnel and career counseling activities. Directed and oversaw field internships (Graduate-level) and practicums (Psy. D - doctoral-level). I served as an educational director for NY State non-profit recreational organization. I am a published author as well

I am patient and take an interest in students' success in academic instruction and the process of mastering core courses. I want learning to be interactive between myself and students. I want to impart basic skills in reading comprehension and application, spelling and vocabulary achievement. I also like to share my own testimony about the struggles that I had in early education.
