I tend to bring a sense of humour into my skills. Depending on the age(grade)short stories are an excellent way to wrap up a session as part of the "class", as I believe when there is a joke(like the beginning of a short story)then there is a middle which is the pause before the punchline, the end of the story. The student will go off and reread that story in English learning a great deal, just from a funny short story!
