I am a loan officer now, I did teach math for one year before switching careers. I have been tutoring for five years. I have tutored algebra I and Calculus, and everything in between. I am very confident with my mathematical skills, and my ability to help anyone understand these difficult concepts.

My teaching approach is to bridge the student into independence. I will start by explaining the topic, and maybe working out one problem. Then, we will work through on problem together. I will stop the student when/if they are making mistakes. Finally, the end goal is the student understands the concept on their own.
