About Petra

I'm a Bohemian artist and mum to very special boy who inspired me to embark on a healthy and TASTY food journey. Over last 12 years I've been working with allergy friendly food, had my own coffee shop with emphasis on free of gluten products and founded a boutique catering business cooking for all special occasions, gyms, artists, politicians with gorgeous local ingredients and GF/ Vegan option. I believe food should be fun, beautiful, tasty and FEEL GOOD to sustain a healthy body function and weight. I love all types of food and love experimenting with my own simple easy recipes for home and active outdoor life. Most importantly I love to promote a positive relationship to food, cooking and eating together because life happens around food!
