About Hannah
I am a 19-year-old undergraduate at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), where I plan to major in Architecture. I was part of the Enhanced Art Programme (EAP) in secondary school. I was awarded several academic accolades, including the Edusave Merit Bursary (2015, 2021, 2022), Edusave Certificate of Academic Achievement (2015, 2022), Edusave Scholarship (2018, 2019), and the Edusave Character Award (2017). Teaching allows me to share my knowledge and love for art with young learners who are passionate, and I hope to inspire in them the same creativity and joy that art has brought to me.

Each lesson follows a consistent and balanced structure. It begins with a short introduction to review the previous session and outline the day’s objectives. This is followed by a focused technique and skills segment, where new concepts are demonstrated and explained with step-by-step guidance. After that, students engage in guided practice, applying what they’ve learned while receiving feedback. A short break is included mid-lesson, during which small prizes or gifts are given to maintain motivation and create a positive atmosphere. The second half of the session focuses on independent practice or creative application, allowing students to explore and reinforce their skills. The lesson ends with a brief wrap-up to review key points, answer questions, and give a preview of the next class. As the course progresses, lessons alternate between new technique instruction and extended practice sessions to ensure continuous learning and engagement.
