About Caydence
My name is Caydence. I am a sophomore at an IB boarding school. I am a seven-day boarder. I am a graduate from the NJSEEDS program, a program that helps scholars get large amounts of financial aid into secondary high schools. I am a huge English nerd; my favorite poet is Edgar Allan Poe and my favorite author is R.L. Stine. I have always had an advanced reading and comprehension level. I can look at things from many different perspectives and find multiple solutions to problems.

I want to create a fun, flexible learning environment. I do not want to put additional stress on children. I plan to teach by repetition and examples. For example, doing problem sets with my help, and then doing homework or more problem sets without me, only intervening or saying something when I need to. I am able to adjust, if this is not helping your child, or I am confusing them more, I will adjust and try new methods and ways of helping them memorize, retain, and learn.
