Hey, a little introduction about me, I am Shresth, a student, currently doing my BTech. I was once a fat kid, not that there's anything wrong with that, but I had health issues too, so I decided to turn my life around and started my fitness journey about 3 years ago and I am still at it, still learning new things and expanding my knowledge.
