About Charla
Performing onstage for 13 years taught me that vocal health is the foundation of a long career. I honestly still find the most joy in helping singers navigate the complexities of belting technique while keeping their cords safe and healthy. My 13 years of experience inform the way I teach sight singing and harmony work to my students.
As a BFA Musical Theater graduate from the University of Michigan, I specialize in tone and resonance exercises that help performers find their authentic sound. Managing stage fear is a constant companion for many artists, so I prioritize mental focus and breathing alongside warm up exercises. I look forward to meeting you and helping you grow as a musician.
