About Aditi
My career niche has been “scientific research”. My masters and PhD in Biophysics, Molecular Biology and Genetics, along with my extensive years of research experience has created a very strong knowledge base and understanding of the subjects which I now want to share with students to help them in their future endeavours. An educator is not only measured by the knowledge content, but also the presence of strong communication skills and and the ability to build very effective interpersonal relations with the student. This creates a bridge of communication between an educator and the student, across which knowledge can be imparted with ease and effectiveness. It is with this philosophy that I want to become an educator who will truly make learning and teaching not an ordeal but a harmonious experience filled with productivity.

I teach online using powerpoint presentations and whiteboard/document camera. I explain the topic, ask questions to assess the understanding of the student, train for prospective exams and give guidance notes when needed. I teach at the highschool, undergraduate and graduate levels. I interact with my students constantly during a class to make sure that there is active participation from the student.
