Hi! I'm a qualified and experienced science educator with a PhD in Chemistry and a PGCE in science teaching. I specialize in A Level Science (AQA) and have also taught BTEC Applied Science, GCSE Chemistry, Biology and physics, and university-level lab and coding skills. I also work as an examiner for various exam boards

My lessons are student-focused and exam-driven. I break down complex topics into manageable chunks, using real-life examples and past paper practice to reinforce understanding. I adapt my approach based on your preferred learning style—visual, verbal, or hands-on—and use active recall and spaced repetition for long-term retention. I'm supportive and approachable, and always aim to build your confidence as well as your knowledge.
Most lessons are 60 minutes, but I also offer 90-minute sessions for students who want a deeper dive or extra exam prep.
