Sessions can be one2one or in groups, I usually run 1 1/2hr to 2hr sessions with discussion, meditation and feedback time.
Sessions can be tailored to meet each clients needs on a one2one basis.
All ages can benefit from Meditation, Mindfulness sessions to bring calm, peace, understanding the mind, increased concentration and creatively.
My students have commented on being part of a relaxed community where they felt safe to relax and let go.
