About Francois
As a Human Resource Practitioner in the Advertising industry, I am strategically involved in the development of careers and the life cycle of employees. I have a keen interest in understanding what motivates people and what drives them, and I am invested in supporting stakeholders in implementing systems and developing a culture. Specifically, I feel very strongly about corporate cultural development and the drive thereof.
In short, I believe that People, Wellness, and Balance are crucial for building a healthy culture in the work space.
I hold a National Diploma in Human Resources Management and Practice. Additionally, I have obtained a certificate for Public Relations and Industrial and Organizational Psychology completed with the University of South Africa.
I am result-driven, enthusiastic, ambitious, and goal-oriented. I have a strong desire to prove myself and develop as a competent, ethical, reliable, and innovative member in a team and the organization. This desire extends to being part of an organization that is forward-thinking, forward-moving, and has a strong vision for the future.
Currently, I am involved in voluntary work as a counselor on an online platform named MobieG. This text-based counseling service has been helping hundreds of people internationally since July 2010.
