Iam Ankur Saxena, Having diversified overall 18 years of experience in Corporate HR, Psychological counseling and teaching yoga. Iam certified diploma holder in yoga. Being wellness consultant my focus is always to help my students to attain the objective of integration of body, mind and soul by yoga practice. Only relax mind can be productive. So i make yoga fun and teach my students to use it as flow.

I follow Ashthang yog which means eight limbs of yoga. Asans or poses are one of the part of those Eight limbs of Yam, Niyam, Asan, Pratyahar, Dharna dhyan and samadhi. I teach from very basic level to intermediate and advance level. To all people of different age groups very young to very old.
