About Bart
I'm a singer-songwriter native to Gdansk, North Poland. I developed a love for English-sung music in my childhood. My high school performance of Red Hot Chili Peppers’ ‘Under the Bridge’ made me fully commit to pursuing my dream of being an artist. In 2015, I landed an orchestral performance of ‘My Way’ for the 70th anniversary of a local newspaper in Pomerania, Poland. I then formed a band ‘Youseurgift’ and headlined a student festival Technikalia in 2016 but soon after we parted ways. I moved to London, UK in 2017, where I recorded my first original EP 'Pay for your music'. I performed solo around the London scene and collaborated with other artists on a regular basis, fronting two bands. I'm a classic pop singer-songwriter with the background in rock, alternative, and soul. I blend raw energy and true passion with nostalgia and exotic melodies. ‘Bart is a powerhouse of a vocalist reminiscent of Dave Gahan or Michael Hutchence.
