About Oliver

Hi, I'm an illustrator and animation professional. My focus is animation layout, digital illustration, and Adobe Animate character rigging. I also trained newcomers in illustration and rigging during my time in animation production. In my lessons, we’ll focus on practical exercises, scene composition, layout techniques, and rigging characters for cut-out animation. My lessons are best for teens and adults with some drawing or software experience who want to improve their skills. I believe in learning by doing, and I'll share techniques from real production experience.

About the lesson

I'm an illustrator and animation professional. I primarily work on animation layouts, focusing on scene composition, character placement, background layouts, and camera angles to turn storyboards into production-ready scenes. In my lessons, I can help you improve your digital illustration skills using Photoshop, understand composition and visual storytelling, and learn the fundamentals of animation layout. I can also teach you how to prepare characters for cut-out animation, including rigging and animating cut-out assets in Adobe Animate. I can also teach you the cheats or methods to make your drawings meet animation-level standards, plus I can give advice on character concepts and real, usable techniques
