About Anoushka
Hi! I'm a medical student at Imperial College London with a passion for Biology and Chemistry, and I love helping students realise that these subjects don't have to be overwhelming.
Having achieved Grade 9s in GCSE Biology and Chemistry and A*s at A-level, I understand both the academic content and the pressure that comes with preparing for exams. I remember how frustrating it can feel when a topic just doesn't click, which is why I focus on explaining concepts in a way that actually makes sense rather than relying on memorisation.
Alongside my medical studies, I've tutored GCSE students and found it incredibly rewarding to watch them grow in confidence and achieve results they didn't think were possible. Seeing a student go from dreading a subject to genuinely understanding and enjoying it is what motivates me to teach.
I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit each individual. Whether you need help mastering difficult concepts, improving exam technique, or aiming for the highest grades, I'll provide patient, supportive and personalised guidance every step of the way.

My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, whether they're aiming to pass their GCSEs with confidence or achieve the highest grades. At the start, I'll identify your strengths, pinpoint the topics you're finding difficult, and help you improve as efficiently as possible.
As an Imperial College London medical student who achieved all Grade 9s in GCSE and A*s at A-level, I know exactly what examiners are looking for and the revision techniques that genuinely work. Rather than simply explaining content, I focus on building a deep understanding so you can confidently apply your knowledge to unfamiliar exam questions.
Lessons are interactive, supportive and structured. We'll work through difficult concepts step by step, use diagrams and memorable explanations to simplify complex topics, and reinforce learning with exam-style questions from real GCSE papers. I'll also teach you how to answer questions using tried and tested techniques, helping you maximise your marks and avoid common mistakes.
Throughout our sessions, you'll receive constructive feedback, targeted practice and revision strategies that you can continue using independently. My aim is not only to improve your grades but also to build your confidence, so you leave each lesson feeling more capable and motivated than when you arrived.
