About Frances
Hello! My name is Fran and I am a Photographer with a passion for sharing my experience and skills. I have a real love for analog photography and the experience of seeing the world through a lens.
The thing I love the most about photography is being able to communicate what I see. In my photography I strive to share peoples visions, some of my best work has been collaborative.
I hope to teach my students freedom within their practice and a new way to communicate ideas.

Focussing on the individual needs of my learner I am able to communicate new knowledge and skills to help you achieve your goals. My lessons can last up to 2 hours depending on the area of focus, sometimes they need breaking up into a demonstration and then observation which can be more time consuming - I don't like to rush learning!
I am a qualified teacher who has worked as a Course leader for colleges on Film, video and photography courses as well as teaching of content production Apprenticeships. I am also still an industry practitioner working as a freelance photographer and videographer.
My lessons are for absolute beginners to intermediate, we look at the work in a creative way allowing for all learners to develop new and existing skills.
