About Yaoyi
Hi there,
This is Isabelle Huang. I am from China and Chinese is my native language. I am currently studying for my master's degree in Brisbane majoring in Applied Linguistics. I studied in Malaysia for my bachelor's degree and taught at a secondary school as an English teacher where all of the students were from different backgrounds than me. I am confident of my communication skills and that I can guide you throughout your learning journey as learning a new language is not easy.

I believe that learners can learn more efficiently in an interactive class. Student-centered approach will be used in my class and learners are encouraged to communicate as much as they can without worrying about making mistakes. At the end of the class, constructive feedback and improvement will be provided.
Practice makes perfect. In my class the 4 basic skills would be included: speaking, reading, writing and listening. There will be lots of opportunities for discussions and real-world scenarios will be provided.
The class would range from 1 to 2 hour.
