About Matt
I have been teaching in Primary Schools for 8 years, teaching the entire Primary Curriculum. I have been an Assistant Head teacher and head of Maths, Science, DT, Computing, PE, Music, Languages, in London, Dubai and am currently teaching in a private school in Leeds.
I have a passion for teaching and learning. I aim to inspire pupils to become life-long learners.
I am reliable, friendly and approachable. Another of my strengths is the relationship I build with my pupils.
Due to my wealth of experience, I am able to be responsive in my pedagogical practice to best meet the individual needs of my pupils.

One of my key strengths is getting to know my pupils and catering learning to their areas of interest and areas for development. Lessons can last from 30 mins to 2 hours.
My sessions are aimed at Key stage 1 and 2 pupils, including SATs and 11+ preparations.
I have taught Year 6 SATs for 5 years.
