Dr. Mohan Reddy is known to me since 2013 as a teacher. I found his lectures very captivating because they comprised the knowledge from around the world of biotechnology. Attending his lectures means you are reading bunch of papers in one go, that too very interestingly. He uses AV tools to teach which I find particularly very coherent in understanding the byzantine concepts. Moreover, Dr. Reddy is always ready to help students and is very kind in handling the students one on one. He also expects that students come to his class by going through the topic once and this is very useful.

What motivates you to teach & why?
I always imagine science behind every problem that what might be the right and the answer always follows. I love to teach students for fundamental knowledge, this motivates me to teach.
When did you start developing an interest in your subject area?
Since the time I graduated.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
Abdul Kalam ji, since his biography made to dream science and not to sleep.

Also, Thomas Alva Edison, Since his 300 trials in the invention of the bulb.
What is the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in mastering your craft?
Failures (My Failure in my Pre University College) and financial challenges at my early education made me struggle for science and craft myself to get Doctor of Philosophy, At present, this fundamental science makes me to work continuously in my research laboratory and teach Science, since Science is a never-ending story.
In your opinion, what makes someone excel in your subject area?
Imaginative thinking, Applying theoretical concepts to practical approaches will build them in my subject area.
Everyone should first learn to ask questions which leads to interactive sessions. I believe this leads to generating many possible solutions.
What would you say to a student who says, "This is too difficult, I give up!"?
You give up everything then, your life, your time, etc. since give up is nothing but death, don't let your dreams die, hence to give up until you succeed or become experts in your area of science. Not only in science, don't give up whatever field you're trying very hard to get success in.

I will try to motivate them and make them to think towards problem. Since I believe strongly that 'if we study the problem perfectly, then anyone can eventually land up on a solution and would never want to give up.
How does someone become a Super Prof?
A teacher who gives more and simple imaginative concepts makes the students get more thoughts and understand any difficult concepts with ease.
