About Ricardo
I have been training since 1997. My classes follow the traditional method, as taught by Grandmaster Lee Kan Wing in Hong Kong. The classes consist of warm-up, stretching, functional exercises for strengthening and then we start with the proper techniques of the style. We also do Chi Kung exercises, breathing exercises that help in internal strengthening and help a lot in general health.

I started training in 1997, and before Kung Fu I had never done any type of exercise, because I had a heart murmur in childhood. I am passionate about art, and I teach transmitting all the values that come from the time of the great masters of style. I am a brown belt with an eagle claw, a red belt with mei hua, and a black belt with seven stars. I participated in several championships, being a regional champion in 1998. I participated in many improvement seminars, including with masters from outside Brazil.
