About Isabel

Hi, I’m Isabel and currently studying History at Lancaster University, I would love to be considered as your tutor in English, with it being my favourite subject throughout school (despite studying History at degree level). Our lessons will be taken at whatever pace you find best, and of course littered with the occasional historical joke and fun fact. If you would like any more information or to talk to me personally please don’t hesitate to get into contact, and I’m more than happy to discuss my lesson structure with you or do any taster sessions with your child to find out if I’m the right fit for them, as I want your child to receive the best support possible for their education.

About the lesson

- available throughout the week term time -we can go through weekly homeworks, SATs workbooks, and any areas in particular that your child is struggling with - I can also on request help with some areas of maths, but my lessons will be primarily focused on English - SATs preparation work in the Reading paper and the Spelling, Grammar and Punctuation paper - available to offer tutoring primarily through online lessons (Zoom or FaceTime) or in-person lessons where possible - the lessons will run for roughly an hour dependent on what we will be covering that week, and I can do longer sessions on request closer to the SATs - I’m currently 18 and studying my first year of History at Lancaster University (I can also let you know my SATs scores, GCSE results and A-level results on request)
