About Conxín

I am a Law and Political Science student at the University of Valencia, passionate about history, politics, music and, of course, languages. From a very young age I have been interested in languages and the different cultures that hide behind them. I have studied English since I was 5 years old and German since I was 14. My education has always been on the Valencian line, and Valencian is part of my day to day. I also have knowledge of French (a language that I have been learning since I was 12 years old, and since I was 17 in a self-taught way). Last year I had the opportunity to live in Germany, where I was able to improve my oral and written skills in both English and German. Previously, I participated in specialized and exclusively English-speaking camps or courses. To this day, I continue to develop my knowledge in all these languages.

About the lesson

Throughout these years I have realized the value of languages and consider them essential, especially for people looking to travel or work abroad, as well as to meet people from other countries. Therefore, I would like to transmit my knowledge, whether in English, German and even Valencian. In my classes, I not only offer the basic part of learning a language (grammar, vocabulary, reading and listening comprehension), but also, I would adapt to the student's needs (which is what they need to reinforce or learn). In addition, learning would be reinforced with topics of interest or especially topics that can be dealt with on a daily basis. It is an important subject since, the usual thing in academies and other educational institutions is to focus on more basic or technical subjects. However, when you interact with people from other places, the conversations cover topics that go far beyond what was learned in these centers. Finally, it would also reinforce learning with recommendations for music, books, newspapers, series, movies or documentaries in other languages.
