About Julia
I am a fully qualified teacher and lecturer and have worked both on and offline for over 20 years. I now find that the online working world is where I am at my most effective. I am very comfortable in the digital world and have put many nervous students at their ease within a short time of meeting them. All of my past students say their experience of our sessions was positive and assisted them with their professional and study goals.

I have a patient and reassuring approach with my students and the sessions will proceed at your pace. We will have discussions, watch and explore videos together and you will take short quizzes as we go along to embed your knowledge. Questions are encouraged as this will help you learn. Sessions are typically one hour long and a course of sessions may be booked as desired. I am very experienced in tutoring adults of any age who are hoping to go to university or college or who are currently studying and would like some additional academic support.

Details
Session rates are generally £40 per hour with reductions for booking a course. I will provide all teaching materials and the online platform and will discuss marking homework or giving assignment advice as part of my fee, as desired. However I do not want any students to be disadvantaged due to cost and I encourage anyone who is struggling to afford tuition to get in touch with me to discuss possible solutions.
