About Jae
I am a business analyst, project-management professional, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with more than six years of experience helping organizations solve problems, improve processes, analyze data, and deliver complex projects.
I hold a Master of Science in Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, and I am currently completing an MBA focused on leadership. My professional background includes business analysis, Excel and data analytics, project delivery, operational excellence, process improvement, stakeholder communication, and strategic decision support.
I have trained employees, facilitated working sessions, created instructional materials, and taught Lean Six Sigma concepts to professionals with different experience levels. I understand that effective teaching requires more than subject knowledge—it requires patience, clear explanations, practical examples, and an approach tailored to the learner.
My goal is to help every student feel capable, understand the material, and confidently apply what they learn.

My lessons turn complicated business concepts into practical, usable skills. I help college students, working professionals, and small-business owners strengthen their understanding of business analysis, project management, process improvement, organizational management, and strategy.
Each lesson is customized around your goals.
