About Sophie

Hi/Bonjour! My name is Sophie and I am a French tutor living in Scotland. I am offering lively, creative and entertaining conversation classes.

I have studied Sociology (MSc), History and History of Art (MA) in France, Canada and the UK. Drawing from my background in arts and culture, I use visual materials to immerse my students in various and interesting topics.

I have been teaching adults from beginner to advanced levels online for 2 years.

About the lesson

Through conversation, I will help you gain knowledge of vocabulary, tenses and points of grammar in a dynamic and interactive way.

Each lesson is structured around visual supports to help introduce a specific topic, point of grammar, vocabulary etc.

My aim is to build an active learning environment adapted to Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced levels.

Book your first lesson for free to test your level, and discuss your goals and interests. Let’s start building together an enjoyable learning experience.

Hope to meet you soon!
