All education should be a collaboration between tutor and student, I believe all experiences in this manor should be customised to you. To start off I get to know the student, their intentions with photography as a skill path and what they hope to become. From there we can expand within the technical and conceptual aspects of your practise until you find your style and look, carrying that forward through your career.
