About Naser

I started teaching piano as a hobby in 2010, shortly after finishing high school, and have been officially tutoring piano in the UK since 2017. I have experience teaching both children and adults, helping students develop their musical skills at different stages of their journey.

In 2019, I moved into a home with my own dedicated music studio, allowing me to focus more fully on music, including teaching, singing and music production.

As a musician and singer-songwriter, I bring both practical experience and an understanding of music theory to my teaching. I aim to help students build confidence, enjoy learning and develop their musical abilities at their own pace.

Lessons are available in my home music studio in Birmingham or online.

About the lesson

My piano lessons combine practical playing with music theory, helping you understand how music works while developing your piano skills.

We begin with the fundamentals, including reading musical notation, recognising notes and understanding rhythm. We gradually apply these skills through practical exercises and playing music, progressing at a pace that suits your experience and goals.

Lessons are personalised for each student, whether you're a complete beginner, an adult returning to piano or a young learner developing musical foundations. Regular practice between lessons helps you build confidence and make steady progress.

- 50-minute lessons
- Available in my home music studio in Birmingham or online
- Free consultation session
- Weekly practice and homework tailored to your progress

Over the years I’ve known Naser, I’ve seen him working with various learners of different backgrounds and ages. Without fail he manages to make them feel at ease, and they always finish sessions with a big smile on their face! He’s encouraging, patient, really good at explaining things in a way that makes sense to the individual learner, and he’ll take as much time as you need to work through any sticking points.
I’d really recommend Naser as a mentor for anyone interested in starting or progressing their music journey!
