I’m Dr. Faith Hansen, a strategic and hands-on Project Manager with over a decade of experience leading complex initiatives across banking, education, consulting, and the creative industries. My work sits at the intersection of delivery, governance, and change — where business objectives meet real-world execution. I’ve managed enterprise-wide projects in regulated environments, built scalable governance frameworks, and helped cross-functional teams deliver with clarity and purpose. Whether I’m driving a remediation program, aligning portfolios with OKRs, or guiding Agile teams through ambiguity, I bring structure to complexity and momentum to strategy. With a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on project management, I don’t just follow best practices — I shape them to fit each organization’s unique needs.
