I'm a engineer and also a yoga trainer. I've completed my Mtech in communication systems and P.G.diploma in Yoga. I've been practicing yoga since 3 years. Have thought to few people at home. Would love to teach women of all ages.

I teach from the basics. I explain each asana and it's benefits. Show people how to do it and how not to do it and slowly work them towards the final posture. I don't rush things, I help students to Learn yoga and after few months they can do by themselves without the need of a trainer.
