About Celeste
Hi, I'm Celeste! I grew up in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, curious about everything mechanical and scientific from childhood. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Physics Education (B.S.) from Lehigh University — a highly respected research university with exceptionally strong physics and engineering programs and deep connections to Pennsylvania's thriving technology and manufacturing industries. I have 5 years teaching physics to K-12 and college entry-level students through online one-on-one sessions. My "physics application mapping" method gives every student a clear and exciting vision of where their physics knowledge leads in the real world — and that vision transforms reluctant physics students into genuinely motivated ones almost immediately. One student told me that seeing the application map for electromagnetism was the moment she decided to pursue electrical engineering in college. That kind of impact is what teaching physics is all about. I have supported students through AP Physics 1, 2, and C with strong results and helped many earn direct college credit. I was awarded the Physics Career Connection Award by Lehigh University's College of Arts and Sciences for my application-mapping methodology and its remarkable documented impact on student motivation, career clarity, and academic performance.
