Language is a skill, it is not something that should be studied like history or science where you are memorizing facts. To successfully raise language skill, just like improving at a sport, we must train and practice. In this way of thinking, we are not teacher and student, but coach and athlete.
• Ability to adapt to students' diverse learning styles and backgrounds. • Highly experienced in raising language learners’ self-confidence, to enhance communication skills. • Provided students with an immersion in the English language, culture and history, to foster comprehension.
I base my classes on having fun. Starting with a warm-up to get you in the English mood, followed by the lesson of the day, then an activity to solidify the grammar points and get some real practice. I like to end with any specific questions you may have at the end.
The methods I use in work are based on communicative approach, since communication is the main reason for studying the language. I believe that everything that is learnt with pleasure, will give better result to my students, so I always do my best in creating friendly relationships with people I work with.
My teaching methods are both thorough and creative. They will be geared to the needs of the students. I am one of “those” people who actually likes grammar, and is always playing around with words, and language. Engaging, creative, heartfelt lesson plans and teaching techniques.
We can discuss any topic you like, as well as any questions on pronunciation and English idioms that you don't understand. I am very flexible with what you would like to talk about and work on. We can also do listening comprehension quizzes as well as practice mock interviews.
I like to keep my classes fun and engaging catering them to each client based on their skill level and goals. I have an arsenal of activities and games to keep things fun and exciting while we work on our acquisition and articulation.
I teach in a fun, interactive and visual manner. My calm and friendly demeanor are often an asset to teaching for me, and make the class more enjoyable. I like to take the needs of the students into consideration, and make sure they are getting the best lesson they can have.
My lessons are interactive and casual; I believe that conversation is the key to learnings languages. Interactions may include video calls, phone calls, email exchanges, and even public outings to provide a more authentic and natural English language environment.
I see myself as the learning facilitator helping students achieve their full potential. Live and online classes are available, with a variety of interactive tools, exercises, authentic materials, games, and so on. Every class is completely customized for the individual learner.
The emphasis will be on Communicative Language Teaching. The children will be exposed to various situations of every day life to acquire skills. The teacher will have to mingle with the pupils to take them into cofidence, and that is one of my strngths.
My teaching methods are more or less flexible, as I need to know the needs of my students first. After that I create the individual ways to teach a group or a single student. I mainly teach adults and so far they all have been successful in their studies. My methodology and teaching philosophy - teach with fun-learn with fun. Then you will never forget.
My teaching method, would be to break up sections into two. Start with the hard component first and then move onto the easy one, therefore if they need extra time I can allow extra time. I would also create a timetable, where I would indicate how much time I should spend on a lesson.
My teaching methods are very visual and hands on. I love to focus on Vocabulary and literature. My classes are always very structured and detailed. My classes are meant for children between the age of 5 and 12.
I base my class on what the student would like to achieve. Therefore, during the first session, we will take 15 min to discuss goals and methodology and create a mutual vision.
My teaching methods are based on the curriculum of the school. I give out reviewers or mock exams to prepare for major exams based on how their exams are like. I also promote independence of the student.
My teaching methodology includes discussions, debates, case studies, role plays and exercises.
I ensure that all my students receive the necessary attention. I have many years of teaching experience enabling me to meet the needs of every individual student. I make the classes fun but ensure at the same time that my students learn appropriately.
I approach my subject with flexibility as I believe every student is different with different needs and learning styles. I hope to improve your skills any way I can.
I base my teaching methods looking at the student potentials. Develop presentation skills.Day to day learning with real life examples.
My methods depend on the needs of the students, I strongly believe in scores but above that I believe in the improvement of a child. I always prepare myself before I deliver a class, also, I prepare lesson plans, worksheets and fun-loving activities for students because I believe in learning while playing.
Task based learning, training in skills rather than memorization of words.
I teach in a way that is best suited for the student at hand and his/her learning style. My typical class involves both theoretical and practical aspects of learning. IELTS lessons are meant for students who wish to prepare for the Canadian residency or apply to a university.
Once I have assessed the student's learning process my lessons are created to make learning interesting and productive. If a student is a visual learner we build vocabulary with pictures and objects. I search for techniques and methods that will work for each specific student and don't give up until I find what works. The methods I use work particularly well with elementary students.
Reading, writing, partipating in differen't activites, using pictures and signs, group invlolvment, assignments, collaberating cultures, laungages and public speaking
My teaching methods include humor and patience with rapid results. Classes are highly interactive, and much is expected, but at the student's pace and capability. A typical class is 50 minutes, and is based around a topic. For example, "A day at the beach" focuses on vocabulary that may be used on a sunny afternoon at the ocean.
I am a teacher who practices different approaches to teaching because my principle to teaching revolves around child-centered teaching. My strategies usually are usually hands-on/ activity based. I get to know the pupil well because knowing the child is crucial to make teaching and learning effective.
MY TEACHING METHODOLOGY IS FLEXIBLE AND CHANGE FROM INDIVIDUAL TO INDIVIDUAL. I PREFER USING PLAY WAY METHODS TO TEACH LANGUAGE IN A REAL WORLD SCENARIO. I ALSO APPLY MULTI MODAL TECHNIQUES TO MAKE LEARNING INTERESTING.
If I may, a little background information. I completed my Master’s Thesis in Modern History in 1993. As a graduate student and teaching assistant at the University of Alberta, I prepared, proctored and graded undergraduate exams. In the same capacity, I learned to gather and analyze diverse data to produce salient, useful conclusions.
My classes are flexible, and are based around the needs of students. I excel at academic writing and communication, and can help students improve their papers by working through their grammar and expression. For beginner students, we work through basic vocabulary, grammar, and do basic reading and writing.
