I cater my teaching methods on a case by base basis, depending on the needs of my students. My varied writing, teaching, and life experience enables me to be able to implement and provide many different kinds of learning assistance.
In general, classes follow a format of Engage-Study-Activate, or some variant of that approach. The class begins with engaging students with warm-up activities designed to get students into the proper mindset to speak and listen in English and prepare them for the lesson material that follows.
There is no one method of learning for those with ADD. I use their course material as that is what the student needs to master. I try to teach a skill set that can be applied in all their accedemic.
